Detailed discussions with IVORY team to understand their brand, target audience, and business goals. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points.

Phase 2 : UI/UX & Web Design

Create wireframes outlining the structure and layout of key pages (Home, About Us, Services, Portfolio, Contact).mockups based on IVORY’s brand guidelines, incorporating feedback from the client .Design visually appealing interfaces using graphics, colors, and typography that resonate with IVORY’s brand identity.
Ensure the design is responsive and optimized for various devices (desktops, tablets, mobile phones).

Phase 3 : Web Development

Implement interactive elements using PHP Framework like CodeIgniter . Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different screen sizes. Choose an appropriate Content Management System (CMS) develop a custom solution based on project requirements. Implement backend functionality such as database management, user authentication, and content publishing capabilities.

Phase 4 : Launch and Promotion

Secure domain name and choose a reliable hosting provider. Set up server environment and configure necessary security measures (SSL certificate, firewall settings).Migrate finalized website files and content from the development environment to the live server.

Phase 5 : Maintenance and Support

Provide ongoing customer support to assist freelancing and client vendors with any questions or issues related to the platform. Monitor website performance, security, and uptime, and implement regular updates and enhancements to improve functionality and address emerging needs.
